The Florida Environment The Florida Environment produces daily radio and Internet broadcasts, transcripts and "More Information" on daily script topics. Our subjects include just about anything you can think of in the Florida environment (and if you can think of something we haven't covered, we'd appreciate the suggestion...) Whether you're dealing with the sciences, current affairs or Florida history, The Florida Environment supplies information you can use in your classroom.
Museum of Florida History The Museum responds to changing public interests about the past by offering a flexible agenda of regular and periodic programming. Many activities are developed to complement temporary exhibitions at the Main Gallery. Others help to promote awareness about landmark dates and events in Florida history. Frequently, the Museum works with outside organizations to provide or assist with programs that meet a specific need.

Chemical Heritage Foundation The Chemical Heritage Foundation (CHF), established by the American Chemical Society (ACS) and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), had its origins in 1982. CHF seeks to strengthen public understanding of the chemical sciences and technologies, increase the flow of the ablest students into the chemical sciences and chemical process industries, and instill in chemical scientists and engineers a greater pride in their heritage and their contributions to society.
Center for the Study of the American South (JumpGate) The Southern Studies Jumpgate is an annotated list of sites chosen either because they 1) provided useful tools and references for scholars of the South or 2) presented a critical perspective on the region, its culture and history. When another organization has ably documented sites on a particular subject (e.g. the Civil War), rather than duplicate these efforts, we have provided a link to their index.
