 | Westside Elementary, built on 14 acres of land at 1210 Jimmy Ann Drive, opened in the fall of 1966. Westside was build as a community school to meet the needs of the growing population on the west side of Daytona Beach many of whom had moved into the area to work at the General Electric Company. |
