Reading the comics with a friend can be....Recently the DeBary Art League hosted a Youth Celebration of the Arts at Gemini Springs State Park. At The News-Journal´s NIE booth, students in grades 3 and up participated in a Create-A-Cartoon Contest and the younger ones participated in a Color-the-Cartoon Contest.
